目前,随着劳动保障职能向基层延伸,特别是劳动保障协理员岗位的设立,各地街道、社区均建立了劳动保障服务所、工作站,有专门人员从事社区就业岗位开发、非弹性就业信息采集发布等工作,为辖区内劳动力特别是下岗失业人员开展职业介绍服务。但是由于认识等原因,许多劳动者只认同市、县(区)劳动保障部门开设的公共职业介绍机构,而基层社区职业介绍所却门可罗雀,许多适合社区人员特别是一些大龄下岗失业人员从事的就业岗位无人应聘,即使是服务人员把岗位送上门,一些人也认为他们提供的就业信息有水分,心理有疑虑,不领情。按常理来讲,街道、社区职业介绍所就在自己家门口,就近找工作或处理相关问题也比较省时省力,而且都是认识的熟人,办起事来方便利索,但为什么求职者要舍近求远?根据笔者长期的工作实践,细细分析,问题还是不少。
