1980年仅有30张病床和16万元固定资产、年收入仅25万元的陕西省西乡县中医院,坚持以改革为动力,全面推行综合目标管理,十年迈出十大步。 ——昔日借址天主教堂,今朝有了门诊大楼。在省、地、县的大力支持下,该院新建了1928平方米的四层门诊大楼,日门诊量达600多人次。固定资产达230多万元,医疗设备总值42万元,病床135张,分别比1986年增长了15倍、12倍和10倍,大步跨入汉中地区县级中医院的前列。
In 1980, with only 30 beds and 160,000 yuan in fixed assets, Xixiang County Hospital of Shaanxi Province, which had an annual income of only 250,000 yuan, adhered to the reform as the driving force and comprehensively implemented comprehensive management of goals. It took ten major steps in ten years. - The former Catholic Church was borrowed from the past and there is now an outpatient building. With the strong support of the province, prefecture and county, the hospital has built a new 1,928-square-meter four-storey outpatient building with more than 600 outpatient visits. The fixed assets amounted to more than 2.3 million yuan, the medical equipment totaled 420,000 yuan, and 135 sickbeds, which were 15 times, 12 times, and 10 times higher than those in 1986, respectively, striding into the forefront of county-level Chinese hospitals in the Hanzhong region.
