After the Tianjin City Health Bureau and the Tianjin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classification Management Review Committee’s comprehensive review and acceptance, the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine scored 947.2 points, becoming the first tertiary Chinese medicine hospital in Tianjin. In 1991, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine promulgated the “Classification Management Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals”. The First Affiliated Hospital combined this standard to improve the organizational structure of the hospital’s hierarchical management.
