[编者按]今年7月5日,上海市档案局印发了《关于印发〈上海市档案馆收集档案范围细则〉的通知》,通知内容如下:各区、县档案局(馆),市委、市人民政府各部、委、办、局档案部门,各市级机关、各人民团体、各有关企事业单位档案部门,市城建档案馆,各部门、企事业档案馆:现将国家档案局审核同意的《上海市档案馆收集档案范围细则》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。本细则自公布之日起施行,《关于转发〈上海市档案馆收集档案范围的暂行规定〉的通知》(沪档[1992]112号)同时废止。
[Editor’s note] On July 5 this year, the Shanghai Archives Bureau issued the Circular on Printing and Distributing the Detailed Rules for the Range of Archives Collected by Shanghai Archives, with the following contents: Archives (libraries), municipal committees and municipalities people of all districts and counties Archives of all ministries, commissions, offices and bureaus of various government departments, municipal agencies, people’s organizations, archival departments of relevant enterprises and institutions, archives of municipal construction archives, departments, enterprises and archives: Now that the archives of the State Archives Bureau have approved the “ Shanghai Archives collection file details ”issued to you, please conscientiously implement. The Rules shall come into effect on the day of promulgation, and the Notice on Forwarding Interim Provisions on the Range of Files Collected by Shanghai Archives (Shanghai Archives [1992] No. 112) shall be abolished at the same time.
