加强中外合资企业党建工作的探索与实践

上汽集团在中外合资企业加强党的建设方面已经有20多年的实践,取得了可喜的成绩,形成了不少经验。上海天合汽车安全系统有限公司(以下简称“上海天合”)是上汽集团下辖的一家生产汽车零部件的中外合资企业。20多年来,中外合资企业的党建虽然取得了不少成绩,但随着社会的发展变化,也面临着不少新的挑战。党的“十七大”提出,要以改革创新精神加强党的建设,为进一步提高中外合资企业党建工作水平,结合企业工作的实际,现就新形势下如何扎实有效地推进中外合资企业党建工作,进行一些探讨。

SAIC has more than 20 years of practice in strengthening Sino-foreign joint ventures in party building and has made gratifying achievements and formed a lot of experiences. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Tianhe”) is a Sino-foreign joint venture manufacturing auto parts and components under the jurisdiction of SAIC. Over the past 20 years, although the party building of Sino-foreign joint ventures has yielded many achievements, it still faces many new challenges as the society changes. In the spirit of reform and innovation, the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that we should strengthen party building with the spirit of reform and innovation. In order to further raise the standard of party building in Sino-foreign joint ventures and in light of the actual work of the enterprises, we are going to make a firm and effective promotion of joint ventures Party building work, to conduct some discussion.
