为进一步落实黑龙江省教育学院“十一五”发展规划,逐步启动实施重点项目,学院于2007年3月21日召开了“十一五”发展规划重点项目推进会议。会议由学院副院长张晓明主持,院长办公室、人事处、教务处、科研处、继教中心、干训中心、卫星部、高中部、初中部、初教部、“两刊”编辑部、EEC学院等十二个部门的十二个重点项目责任人参加了会议。
In order to further implement the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” of Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Education and gradually start the implementation of key projects, the college held the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” key project promotion meeting on March 21, 2007.
