随着现代药物递送系统的发展,甘油三酯(triacylglycerols,TAGs)类脂质辅料在药物制剂中的应用日益广泛。由于TAGs的性质与其结构组成具有重要联系,为指导TAGs类药用辅料的应用,应对其进行严格的质量控制,然而,TAGs组成复杂使得有效分析手段缺失。笔者对TAGs分离分析常用的薄层色谱法、固相萃取法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法和二维液相色谱法以及超高效合相色谱法等进行了较为全面的综述,比较了各技术的优缺点和适用范围;并结合自身研究认为超高效合相色谱是TAGs最有效的分析方法之一。
With the development of modern drug delivery systems, lipid adjuvants of triacylglycerols (TAGs) are increasingly used in pharmaceutical preparations. Due to the important relationship between the nature of TAGs and the structure and composition of TAGs, strict quality control should be conducted to guide the application of TAGs. However, the complexity of TAGs makes the lack of effective analytical tools. The author of TAGs separation and analysis commonly used thin-layer chromatography, solid-phase extraction, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography and two-dimensional liquid chromatography and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and other more comprehensive review, compared the Technology advantages and disadvantages and the scope of application; combined with their own research that ultra-high performance liquid chromatography is one of the most effective TAGs analysis.
