以改革开放三十年的科技期刊发展为背景,探讨了科技期刊与科学技术相互依赖又相互促进的关系,理想的审稿方式是在科技发展的不断推动下逐步完善的;为了提高科技期刊的学术质量,更好地服务科学技术,我们又必须不断改进科技期刊的审稿方式与手段,网络环境下开放性的审稿将是我国科技自主创新深入发展形势下的必然趋势,并且我们对审稿的认识也是在编辑实践中逐步深入的。
Taking the development of sci-tech periodicals in the 30 years of reform and opening up as the background, this paper discusses the relationship between sci-tech periodicals and science and technology interdependence and mutual promotion. The ideal way of scrutinizing manuscripts is gradually improving under the continuous development of science and technology. In order to improve the sci-tech periodicals’ Academic quality, and better serve the science and technology, we must also continuously improve the way and means of peer review of sci-tech periodicals. Open review in the network environment will be an inevitable trend under the circumstance of independent innovation of science and technology in our country. The manuscript’s understanding is also gradually deepened in the editing practice.
