陕西省贯彻婚姻法运动委员会,于二月中旬召集了延安、南郑、渭南、商雒、宝鸡等专区及鄠县、铜川等十三县(市)贯彻婚姻法试办工作汇报会议,并先后派人到延安、武功等地进行重点检查。根据汇报及重点检查结果,总结试办工作的经验如下:第一、各地试办开始时,群众的顾虑很大,主要是怕离婚,怕退财礼,把工作组叫「离婚队」、「搅家不和队」,谣传「包办买卖婚姻一律要离婚」。因此,有的把媳妇送到娘家或不让开会;有些包办儿女婚姻的父母,叫未婚男女在一块照像,装作是「自由恋爱」。很多群众误解婚姻法是「整穷人法」、「妇女法」,说:「毛主席啥都好,就是婚
