近年来,青少年学生违法犯罪现象时有发生,究其原因还是法制意识淡薄,缺乏基本的法律常识。因此,对青少年学生的素质教育,决不能忽视道德品质教育和法制教育的内容。从生物学科出发,从教材法制渗透点分析到课堂渗透落实方法等进行阐述,说明发挥课堂主渠道作用进行法制渗透教育是切实可行的。只要老师重视自身法制知识的累积,并能充分发掘教材资源,在组织教学中选择合适的渗透方法,就能在学科教学与法制教育之间找到融合点,实现对学生的法制渗透。
In recent years, juvenile students often have the phenomenon of breaking the law and committing crimes. The reason for this is the weak legal awareness and the lack of basic legal knowledge. Therefore, the quality of education for young students, must not ignore the moral quality of education and legal education. Starting from the biological disciplines, from the point of view of legal system infiltration point to the method of infiltration in the classroom and so on, it shows that it is practicable to give play to the role of the main channel in the classroom to infiltrate the legal system. As long as teachers attach importance to the accumulation of their own knowledge of legal system, and can fully explore the resources of teaching materials, select the appropriate method of infiltration in organizing teaching, we can find a fusion point between subject teaching and legal education so as to realize the legal infiltration of students.
