职业技能大赛已成为检验高职院校办学成果的重要方式,参赛院校与指导教师在备赛过程中会遇到各种各样的问题。本文以经管类职业技能大赛为研究对象,在分析竞赛特点基础之上,从选拔机制、专业指导、培训过程、思想工作、后勤保障等五方面,探讨职业技能竞赛的指导路径。
Vocational Skills Competition has become an important way to test the results of higher vocational colleges. The participating colleges and tutors will encounter various problems in the preparation process. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the competition, this paper discusses the guiding ways of vocational skills competition from the aspects of selection mechanism, professional guidance, training process, ideological work and logistics support.
