Under the impetus of the entire economic system reform centered on cities, the reform of maternity and childcare in China has also made considerable progress. At present, the reform of the national maternity and child health front is full of vitality and momentum. The majority of maternal and child health cadres have learned the knowledge of modern management science, practiced management reforms, and explored methods and theories of maternal and child health management with Chinese characteristics have become common practice.
