目的：以雷公藤、心肝宝为主中西结合治疗成人紫癜性肾炎（ATPN）观察。方法：ATPN18例，上二药为主并西药激素，免疫抑制剂，或和血液透析，腹水回收等中西医结合综合治疗，与单纯西药治疗ATPN20例对比。结果：ATPN肾炎型以中西医结合治疗较单纯西药为佳。结论：雷公藤，心肝宝为主中西医结合综合治疗对ATPN的肾炎型效果满意。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the treatment of adult purpuric nephritis (ATPN) with combination of Tripterygium wilfordii and XINBAOBAO in Chinese and western cultures. Methods: 18 cases of ATPN combined with Western medicine hormone, immunosuppressive agents or hemodialysis, ascites recovery and other integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were compared with 20 cases of ATPN alone treated with Western medicine. Results: ATPN nephritis is better than western medicine in the combination of TCM and Western medicine. Conclusion: Triptolide and XINBAOBA-based combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine are satisfactory to the nephritis model of ATPN.
