本文研究了毛细管双柱的并联方法和它与检测器及汽化室的连接。应用0.29mm×20m—OV—101并联毛细管双柱和毛细管单柱对它们的性能和定量分析进行了测量比较,虽然分离效率稍有降低,但毛细管双柱定量误差明显减小。为进一步研究毛细管群柱奠定了基础。
This paper studies the parallel method of capillary double column and its connection with detector and vaporization chamber. The performance and quantitative analysis of 0.29mm × 20m-OV-101 parallel capillary double column and capillary single column were compared. Although the separation efficiency decreased slightly, the quantitative error of double column capillary decreased obviously. Which laid the foundation for further study of capillary cluster.
