随着我国旅游业的快速发展,为旅游管理专业建设带来了发展机遇,同时也提出了更高的要求。旅游管理专业要想培养出满足旅游市场需要的优秀人才,就必须准确定位人才培养目标,构建科学的课程体系,重视实践教学改革,从而全面提升旅游管理专业教育水平。本文对我国旅游管理专业教育存在的问题以及发展对策进行探讨,期望为旅游业发展提供人才保障。
With the rapid development of tourism in our country, it has brought development opportunities for the construction of tourism management profession and also put forward higher requirements. In order to cultivate talented people to meet the needs of the tourism market, tourism management professionals must accurately locate the goal of personnel training, construct a scientific curriculum system, attach importance to the practice of teaching reform, so as to comprehensively enhance the tourism management professional education level. This article discusses the existing problems of tourism management education in our country and the development countermeasures, and hopes to provide the talent protection for the tourism development.
