In 1960, the Kuibyshevik Institute of Industry proposed a new method to eliminate the loss of flushing fluid. The essence of this method is that the MΦ-17 type urea-formaldehyde resin forms a stone-like hard substance when interacting with a certain concentration of oxalic acid.
