一、低摩擦力气缸在国外的发展近况目前,随着气动技术的深入发展,要求气缸应在“无泄漏”或“少泄漏”的前提下,尽量减少摩擦力,使气缸能在任何状态下反映灵敏,运动平稳,并在低速运动中应无爬行现象,这是目前世界各国研究人员努力探索的课题之一。据机械部赴日本对气动技术进行考察,日本低摩擦力气缸,当缸径在φ40mm以下时,它的始动压力是0.25bar;缸径在φ40mm以上时,它的始动压力是0.1bar。我们对日本、英国、西德、瑞典等国家的普通型双作用单杆气缸测试,它们的始动压力均比我国生产的同种气缸低的多。如英国的Martonair公司生产的φ32mm缸径的气缸,它的始动压力是0.2bar,瑞典的Mecman公司生产的φ40mm缸径的气缸,它的始动压力也是0.2bar,而且都是无油润滑形式。目前,它们生产普通型双作用单杆气缸比原先老产品中的始
