采用紫外光(UV)引发,控制不同的紫外辐射条件,将亲水性的丙烯酸(AA)单体接枝到聚苯硫醚(PPS)非织毡表面。采用扫描电镜和能谱色散谱仪对改性前后PPS非织毡进行了形态结构和表面化学组成的表征;通过接触角和吸碱率研究了改性前后PPS非织毡的亲水性能。研究了紫外光辐射强度、紫外光辐射距离和紫外光辐射时间等对接触角和吸碱率的影响。结果表明:最佳的紫外辐射条件为45min的辐射时间、400w的辐射强度和20cm的辐射距离。
UV (UV) initiated, controlled under different UV radiation conditions, the hydrophilic acrylic (AA) monomer grafted to the polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) non-woven mat surface. The morphological structure and surface chemical composition of PPS non-woven mat were characterized by SEM and EDS. The hydrophilic properties of PPS non-woven felt before and after modification were studied by the contact angle and absorption rate. The effects of ultraviolet radiation intensity, ultraviolet radiation distance and ultraviolet radiation time on the contact angle and absorption rate of alkali were studied. The results show that the optimum UV radiation conditions are the irradiation time of 45min, the radiation intensity of 400w and the radiation distance of 20cm.
