本文用XRFS-绝对量薄样法研究了闪锌矿、黄铜矿等单矿物中主元素和次元素的测定。重点研究硫工作曲线的直化,实验表明,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the determination of the major and minor elements in single minerals, such as sphalerite and chalcopyrite, has been studied by XRFS-absolute thin-film method. The emphasis is put on the straightforward work of the sulfur working curve. Experiments show that the results are satisfactory.
