目的:探讨乌鸡白凤丸对受损子宫内膜线粒体功能的调控机制。方法:采用自身对照的设计方法,对20例反复刮宫损伤子宫内膜表现闭经或月经少的患者用乌鸡白凤丸进行治疗,1个疗程前后分别取子宫内膜组织测定SOD和PLA2活性、MDA浓度及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性。结果:患者治疗后子宫内膜线粒体膜PLA2活性、MDA浓度较治疗前明显降低,SOD活性、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性明显升高。结论:乌鸡白凤丸能治疗受损子宫内膜线粒体膜酶的活性改变,其机理是提高氧自由基清除能力和抑制脂质过氧化反应。
Objective: To explore the regulatory mechanism of Wuji Baifeng Pills on mitochondrial function in injured endometrium. METHODS: Self-controlled design was used to treat 20 cases of menopause or less menstrual bleeding in patients with recurrent curettage. Wuji Baifeng Pills were used to treat endometrial tissues. Before and after one course of treatment, endometrial tissue was taken to measure the activity of SOD and PLA2 and MDA. Concentration and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity. RESULTS: After treatment, PLA2 activity and MDA concentration in the endometrium mitochondrial membrane were significantly lower than before treatment, and SOD activity and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity were significantly increased. Conclusion: Wujibaifeng Pills can treat the changes of mitochondrial membrane enzyme activity in injured endometrium. The mechanism is to increase the scavenging capacity of oxygen free radicals and inhibit lipid peroxidation.
