应用家兔对血卟啉衍生物(HPD)的药代动力学进行了研究。统计矩理论非隔室法可计算出HPD的清除率、表现分布容积、清除速度常数,平均滞留时间及生物半衰期等动力学参数,以预测HPD在人体动态变化,为临床拟订合理治疗措施提供指标。
Rabbits were used to study the pharmacokinetics of hematoporphyrin derivatives (HPD). Statistical moment theory Non-compartmental method can calculate the clearance rate, the distribution volume, the removal rate constant, the average retention time and the biological half-life dynamics parameters of HPD to predict the dynamic changes of HPD in the human body to provide an index for the clinical formulation of reasonable treatment measures .
