目的:重视医务人员手消毒减少医院感染发生。方法:分析医务人员手卫生行为的影响因素,通过完善管理制度,开展手卫生知识培训及改善洗手设施等措施加强手卫生的管理。结论:应加强宣传培训,提高医务人员手卫生的意识与知识水平;改善手卫生设施;大力推广速干手消毒剂的使用;加强监督、监测与指导。要促进医务人员手卫生行为,除了完善相关知识的培训,完善手卫生设施的配备等措施外,重要的是要加强职能部门的监管力度提高院内环境监测质量。
Objective: To attach importance to hand disinfection of medical staff to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods: To analyze the influencing factors of hand hygiene behavior of medical personnel, and to strengthen the management of hand hygiene by improving the management system, training hand hygiene knowledge and improving hand washing facilities. Conclusion: Publicity and training should be strengthened to raise the awareness and knowledge of hand hygiene of medical personnel; to improve hand hygiene facilities; to promote the use of instant dry disinfectants; and to enhance supervision, monitoring and guidance. In order to promote the hand hygiene behavior of medical personnel, besides improving the training of relevant knowledge and improving the provision of hand hygiene facilities, it is important to strengthen the supervision of functional departments to improve the quality of hospital environmental monitoring.
