对产品的设计能力是企业满足顾客个性化需求,实现定制化生产的最重要的因素.设计阶段往往只占整个开发周期的20%左右,但却决定了80%的产品成本,因此企业迫切需要加强设计阶段管理、产品数据管理.同时,PDM又是产品数据源,是与ERP系统集成的桥梁,它的实施效果也直接关系到ERP的成败.目前,国内许多企业都在积极实施PDM,形成一股PDM热,但往往实施效果不理想,不少只达到了图档管理水平,没有管理产品数据的生成及变更过程.本文通过厦门金龙客车PDM的成功实施案例,着重论述工作流管理在PDM实施中的作用.
