社会利益关系是人与人之间、团体与团体之间最为基本的关系。改革开放以来，我国的社会利益关系出现了一系列新的变化，社会利益关系中的矛盾也突出地表现出来。为了确保社会结构的有序变动，确保社会稳定、协调地发展，迫切需要明确社会利益关系调整的基本原则，从而根据这些原则，制定一系列社会政策，使社会利益关系与整个社会的进步一致起来。
The relationship between social interests is the most basic relationship between people, groups and groups. Since the reform and opening up, a series of new changes have taken place in the social interest relations of our country, and the contradictions in the social interests have also been highlighted.
