X线检查对肺癌的诊断具有一定价值,但由于系借间接影像进行分析,因而缺少治疗计划所需要的细胞学及组织学根据。1883年Leydon首先报道经皮肺穿刺活检方法诊断肺炎,以后又应用于肺实体瘤。由于出现并发症多,此方法未能被广泛采用。过去10年由于放射线技术的进步及设备的改进以及细胞学、组织学的飞速发展,使此项诊断技术再次被人们所认识,随着穿刺器械的改进。并发症发病率大为降低而诊断正确率达到72—90%。 本文目的在于通过本总结组病例的经验和分析以建立对此诊断方法的信心。
X-ray examination has some value in the diagnosis of lung cancer, but because of the indirect imaging analysis, it lacks the cytological and histological basis for the treatment plan. In 1883 Leydon first reported a percutaneous lung biopsy method for the diagnosis of pneumonia, and later applied to lung solid tumors. Due to the large number of complications, this method has not been widely adopted. In the past 10 years, thanks to advances in radiological technology and improvements in equipment, as well as the rapid development of cytology and histology, this diagnostic technique has once again been recognized by people, with the improvement of puncture devices. The incidence of complications is greatly reduced and the diagnostic accuracy rate reaches 72-90%. The purpose of this paper is to establish the confidence in this diagnostic method by summarizing the experience and analysis of the group of cases.
