本文对390例结核性胸膜炎进行回顾性分析,结果:发现率在结核病人中平均3.6%,25年来无明显改变。临床表现和胸水常规检查对诊断无特异性。本组病人的治愈率平均86.6%,化疗加激素和/或积极抽胸水对改善症状、促进胸水吸收、提高治愈率、缩短病程和防止胸膜增厚有很好的作用。对影响疗效的因素进行了讨论。
This article retrospectively analyzed 390 cases of tuberculous pleurisy. The results showed that the discovery rate was an average of 3.6% in tuberculosis patients and there was no significant change in 25 years. Clinical manifestations and routine examination of pleural effusions are not specific for diagnosis. The average cure rate of this group of patients was 86.6%. Chemotherapy plus hormone and/or positive pleural effusion had a good effect on improving symptoms, promoting pleural fluid absorption, increasing cure rate, shortening the course of disease, and preventing pleural thickening. The factors that affect the efficacy are discussed.
