研究了以Mg(OH)2替代NaOH为碱源对机械浆(TMP和CTMP)和脱墨浆(DIP)进行H2O2漂白的影响。结果表明,与以NaOH为碱源的H2O2漂白相比,以Mg(OH)2为碱源对TMP、CTMP、DIP进行H2O2漂白可使活性碱用量分别减少75%、50%、90%,同时残余H2O2增加;与以NaOH为碱源相比,以Mg(OH)2为碱源的H2O2漂白浆白度稍有降低:TMP、CTMP和DIP的白度分别降低1.4、0.9和1.7个百分点,但漂白浆得率提高1%~2%。以Mg(OH)2为碱源的H2O2漂白废水的阳离子需求量(CD)、生物需氧量(BOD)、化学需氧量(COD)、溶解物质(DS)、总有机碳(TOC)等参数降低。
The effect of Mg (OH) 2 instead of NaOH as an alkali source on the H2O2 bleaching of mechanical pulp (TMP and CTMP) and deinking pulp (DIP) was studied. The results showed that the bleaching of TMP, CTMP and DIP by H2O2 using Mg (OH) 2 as the alkali source reduced the amount of active alkali by 75%, 50% and 90% respectively compared with the bleaching of H2O2 using NaOH as the alkali source. The residual H2O2 increased. Compared with NaOH as alkaline source, the whiteness of H2O2 bleached pulp with Mg (OH) 2 as base source slightly decreased: the whiteness of TMP, CTMP and DIP decreased by 1.4, 0.9 and 1.7 percentage points respectively, However, bleach yield increased by 1% to 2%.
