子宫内膜异位症是一种常见的妇科疾病,其组织学形态呈良性,但生物学行为与癌瘤相似,临床诊断亦缺乏特异性实验室指标,部分患者又无特征性症状,治疗效果亦不十分满意,严重影响广大妇女身心健康。目前该病的治疗方法分为手术治疗和药物治疗两类。本文通过对我院妇科1980年～1998年手术治疗200例子宫内膜异位症回顾性分析,就该病的临床特点、诊断及手术治疗的方法进行探讨。
