例1,男,19岁。因进行性头痛伴恶心、呕吐,视物不清3月入院。查体:双眼底视神经乳头高度水肿,左中枢性面瘫、舌瘫,左下肢巴彬斯基征(+),CT示右额顶高密度占位性病变,行肿瘤全切除及去骨瓣减压术。病理诊断为星形细胞瘤Ⅲ级。例2,女24岁。因进行性头痛,发作性意识不清、四肢抽搐3月入院。查体:眼底视神经乳头中度水肿,左中枢性面瘫,CT示右侧额顶高密度占位性病变。行肿瘤全切除术。病理诊断为星形细胞瘤Ⅲ级。本组报告的2例患者是姐弟关系,随访其家族成员:父母健在,非近亲结婚,兄
