一、营造宽松和谐的学习环境,让学生敢于提问1.构建和谐的师生关系。要让学生在学习时能够轻松愉快,教师就要有主持人般的亲和力、吸引力,注重师生情感的碰撞与交流,尽量缩短教师与学生心灵上的距离。教师要尊重学生,信任学生,把“亲切”融入课堂,让学生在宽松和谐、自由、民主的氛围中
