目的探析围术期全程护理干预应用于甲状腺围术期手术患者的影响。方法选取本院2015年10月至2016年12月诊治的84例甲状腺患者资料进行分析,按照不同的护理措施分成两组,行常规护理的42例患者设对照组,行围术期全程护理的42例患者设研究组,比对两组生存质量、睡眠质量、心理状态。结果研究组生存质量、睡眠质量、心理状态均较对照组优(P<0.05)。结论围术期间予以患者全程护理干预可提高睡眠质量与生存质量,改善不良情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients undergoing perioperative thyroid surgery. Methods The data of 84 cases of thyroid patients diagnosed and treated from October 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were analyzed. According to the different nursing measures, the patients were divided into two groups. The 42 patients undergoing routine care were divided into control group, Forty-two patients were assigned to study group, which compared the quality of life, sleep quality and psychological status of the two groups. Results The quality of life, sleep quality and mental status in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion During perioperative period to patients with full-time nursing intervention can improve sleep quality and quality of life, improve bad emotions.
