本文根据在12.7毫米机枪上,测定的不同火药装配不同种类的缓蚀添加剂时对身管温升的影响数据,从热化学角度分析了弹药用各种缓蚀添加剂对身管温升的影响。提出了缓蚀添加剂中的有关成分同火药燃烧气体间的化学反应热效应计算经验方程式。阐述了弹药用不同缓蚀添加剂降低身管温升的原因。
Based on the data on the temperature rise of different kinds of gunpowder when different kinds of gunpowder were assembled on a 12.7mm machine gun, the effect of various corrosion inhibitors for ammunition on the temperature rise of the barrel was analyzed from the perspective of thermochemistry. An empirical formula for calculating the thermal effect of chemical reaction between the relevant components in the corrosion inhibitor and the combustion gas of the powder is proposed. Describes the reason why ammunition uses different corrosion inhibitors to reduce body temperature.
