高职院校的教育其中就包括了思想政治教育和学生就业指导,高职院校就业指导工作是大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分。实现思想政治教育与学生就业的协调统一对于“人才强国”战略以及社会主义现代化事业的发展起着重要的作用。文章在分析当代学生就业面临压力的境况下,重点指出了思想政治教育中融入就业指导的重要性和途径。
Higher vocational education which includes the ideological and political education and student employment guidance, employment guidance in higher vocational colleges is an important part of ideological and political education of college students. To achieve the coordination and unification of ideological and political education and student employment plays an important role in the strategy of strengthening the country by employing more talents and in the development of the socialist modernization. In the context of analyzing the pressure of contemporary students’ employment, the article points out the importance and ways of integrating employment guidance in ideological and political education.
