目的探讨监测-培训-计划(MTP)干预模式对门诊上呼吸道感染门诊处方抗菌药使用的影响。方法回顾性随机选取广东省珠海市人民医院呼吸内科门诊2006年7~9月处方作为基线调研,通过MTP对目标医生进行干预,1个月后开始收集干预后的调研样本。而后再干预再调研,如此不断循环。比较MTP干预前后抗菌药使用率、使用针剂百分率和平均药品费用的变化。结果经过4个MTP循环活动后,我院上呼吸道感染抗菌药使用干预前后抗菌药使用率由干预前81.33%下降到0,使用针剂百分率和平均药品费用在干预后分别下降了81.69%、35.47%。结论MTP干预模式有效地提高我院呼吸内科门诊上呼吸道感染抗菌药的合理应用,对促进抗菌药合理使用起到了积极的促进作用。
Objective To explore the impact of monitoring-training-planning (MTP) intervention on the use of prescription antibacterials in outpatients with upper respiratory tract infections. Methods Retrospectively randomly selected the prescriptions of respiratory medicine clinics of Zhuhai People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province from July to September in 2006 as the baseline study and the target physicians were intervened by MTP. After 1 month, the survey samples after intervention were collected. And then intervene in re-investigation, so constantly circulating. Before and after MTP intervention antibacterial drug use rate, the use of injection percentage and the average cost of drugs changes. Results After 4 cycles of MTP, the usage of antibacterials decreased from 81.33% before intervention to 0 after intervention with antibacterials in upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital, and the percentage of using injection and the average drug cost decreased by 81.69% and 35.47% respectively after intervention. . Conclusions The MTP intervention model can effectively improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents in upper respiratory tract infections in respiratory medicine outpatient department in our hospital, and it has played a positive role in promoting the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
