水库淹没处理补偿投资的调整是水库移民安置和专项迁建工程中的一项重要内容。而正算法和反算法是水库调概常用的两种方法,它们各有优缺点,实际运用中一年以内完成的项目宜用正算法,一年以上的则宜用反算法。
The adjustment of reservoir submerged treatment compensation investment is an important part of reservoir resettlement and special relocation project. The positive and negative algorithms are two commonly used methods for reservoir adjustment. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In practice, items completed in less than one year should be positive and those for more than one year should be used inversely.
