作者对在口腔斑或牙龈发现的7种细菌,用钛(Ti)作体外琼脂固体和液体培养,测定钛粉对口腔细菌生长的影响。钛粉纯度为99%,粒子规格<2μm,由法国Prolabo提供。钛粉在试验前,经170℃加热2小时作无菌处理。试验的7种细菌,其中溶血性链球菌和SP乳酸杆菌为兼性厌氧菌。消化性链球菌、SP韦氏球菌、粘膜奈瑟氏菌、Israelil放线菌和有核梭形杆菌为专性厌氧菌。其中4种染色阳性,3种阴性。4种为微球形,3种为芽孢杆菌形。4种糖酵解阳性,3种阴性。在含半胱氨酸的
The authors of the seven kinds of bacteria found in the oral plaque or gums, titanium (Ti) for agar solid and liquid culture in vitro to determine the effect of titanium powder on oral bacterial growth. Titanium powder 99% purity, particle size <2μm, provided by the French Prolabo. Titanium powder before the test, heated at 170 ℃ for 2 hours for sterile treatment. Seven kinds of bacteria were tested, in which hemolytic streptococcus and SP lactobacilli were facultative anaerobes. Streptococcus Pestis, B. reuteri, M. mucosalis, Israelil actinomycetes, and Fusobacterium nucleatum are obligate anaerobes. Four of the stains were positive and three were negative. 4 kinds of microspheres, 3 kinds of Bacillus form. Four kinds of glycolytic positive, three negative. Cysteine-containing
