介绍 《中国机械工程》“中国科学基金” 栏目围绕国家自然科学基金项目的申请与研究， 宣传引导知识创新的编辑实践、认识与体会。从宣传鼓动创新、团结青年学者、大量组发基金项目论文以及提倡基金项目的学术创新向工程创新转化等方面进行了编辑实践。阐明指导编辑实践的认识。介绍编辑实践的体会， 提出坚持在国家目标指导下的科学家参与办刊原则、深入科学的编辑作风、主动介入的编辑方法等６ 项体会。
