在日本常见食管癌伴有其他原发性癌 ,尤其是胃癌。作者复习东京国立癌肿中心医院于 196 8～ 2 0 0 0年施行的 15 88例食管癌切除后胃替代食管手术中 ,2 7例 (1.7% )替代的重建管状胃发生第二个原发癌。除 1例资料不全不予分析外。对 2 6例进行重点复习。计男性 2 5例 ,女性 1例
