科学有效的管理对职业培训项目的实施起着关键性的作用,正确把握项目组织管理中的关键工作,做好每个重点环节的各项工作,是每个项目管理者必须掌握的内容。本文提出中职学校职业培训中应用项目管理法开展工作,取得良好效果。
Scientific and effective management plays a key role in the implementation of vocational training programs. To correctly grasp the key tasks in the project organization and management and to do a good job in every key aspect is something that every project manager must master. This paper puts forward the application of Project Management Law in Vocational School Vocational Training and achieved good results.
