医患关系作为人际关系的一种,需要医护人员与患者两方面的共同努力,才能彼此尊重、相互信任,形成和谐的医疗康复氛围。医疗纠纷、医患矛盾,甚至恶性医患冲突事件不断发生,医患关系为何激化到如此严重程度?发生医疗纠纷后医患双方缺乏有效的信息沟通,不能及时公正解决,以至于造成医疗纠纷矛盾激化或被不适当扩大化,出现医患关系紧张的局面难易避免。本文从医疗纠纷处理机制方面保障悲剧不再发生提几点建议供有关部门参考。
