到底什么是沟通难题?日常工作中,我们都能遇到那种“无法沟通”的情境。在哈佛的“处理沟通难题”课程中,“沟通难题”的范畴不仅限于单次的沟通,而是长期无法沟通积累下来的一种境况。比如,你的两位员工在开会时候总是相互反驳抨击对方;你在和一位同事争论,为什么他总是对你的观点持反对意见;你的老板经常讽刺挖苦你和其他管理者;一位客户经常向你的团队提出无理要求……这些都是沟通难题。
