AIM:To compare the binding of cholecystokinin(CCK)-8to CCK receptors in sling and clasp fibers of the human lower esophageal sphincter.METHODS:Esophageal sling and clasp fibers were isolated from eight esophagectomy specimens,resected for squamous cell ca
