随着国民经济的发展,我国人民的生活到本世纪末将达到一个小康水平。在人民生活中,吃饭居于首要地位。因此,人们的膳食构成及营养状况到本世纪末将发生怎样的变化,是营养学界及有关部门共同关心并正在研讨的一个重要问题。我国是一个以计划经济为主的社会主义国家,为了解决好人们的吃饭问题,以增强人民体质,营养学工作者需要根据国内外已有的研究成就,结合我国的实际情况,提出合理膳食构成的设想,以供决策机关在制定食物生产规划中选择。
With the development of the national economy, the life of our people will reach a well-to-do level by the end of this century. In the people’s life, eating is at the forefront.
