目的探讨耳廓血管瘤保留耳廓外形的手术治疗方式。方法回顾分析7例耳廓血管瘤患者的临床资料,病程1.5~7.0年,均通过剥脱法手术治疗。结果随访1~4年,5例愈合无复发,2例局部病变复发,再次剥脱术切除病变,并局部注射博来霉素治疗,后续随访病变无复发,耳廓复位皮肤由厚变薄,外观形态良好,肤色接近正常。结论剥脱法治疗耳廓大型血管瘤,可完整切除病变,且保留耳廓外观形态,术式值得推广;术前行供血动脉结扎或栓塞可有效减少术中出血。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of auricular hemangiomas with auricle contour. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with auricular hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed. The course of disease ranged from 1.5 to 7.0 years. They were all surgically treated by exfoliation method. Results Follow-up 1-4 years, 5 cases had no recurrence of healing, 2 cases of local lesion recurrence, resection of lesions again with exfoliation, and bleomycin injection by local injection. No follow-up of follow-up lesion occurred. Good shape, color close to normal. Conclusion Exfoliation method for the treatment of large-sized auricle hemangioma, complete resection of the lesion, and retain the appearance of auricles, surgical procedures worth promoting; preoperative blood supply artery ligation or embolization can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding.
