一、前言有三种方式用计算机控制液压系统。一是用计算机通过D/A转换器及伺服放大器控制伺服阀(或比例阀),从而使控制对象按需要动作,如图1所示。第二种是由计算机控制步进电机带动阀运动,这种阀一般称为数字阀,再由数字阀控制液压缸或马达工作(也有由步进电机直接带动缸或马达工作的,如电液步进马达等),如图2所示。第三种是由计算机控制脉宽调制放大器,操纵高速开关阀(也是一种数字阀)工作,从而控制液压缸或马达运动如图3所示。
