Evaluate the negative effects of frozen biofilters and liquid nitrogen vapor freezing on human sperm (freezing damage) using sperm motility, chromatin normality, morphological indices and cell membrane integrity. 4 4 semen samples were stained with acridine orange to confirm chromatin freezing injury.
