石油工人因为工作的原因常年在外,后方的家就是他们最大的牵挂,如何提高油田矿区群众的安全感和满意度是矿区治安保卫工作的一个重要课题,做好石油矿区内部治安保卫工作,防范盗窃、火灾和治安灾害事故发生,减少油田矿区经济损失和矿区群众违法犯罪,保护矿区群众生命财产安全,为石油职工家属创造平安和谐的生活环境,维护安全生产,是治安综合治理的目标。就如何加强石油矿区内部保卫工作,为石油矿区企业创造一个和谐稳定、良好的生产环境谈一些见解。
