患女,24岁,孕1产零。停经53天,阴道流血半个月,下腹部疼痛1周,近因过劳加重急诊入院。体检:一般情况均正常。腹部有明显压痛,反跳痛及移动性浊音。宫颈着色,有举痛。后穹窿无触痛,不饱满。子宫水平位,略大于正常,有漂浮感。右侧附件增厚,有明显触痛,左侧正常。腹腔穿刺抽出暗红色不凝血5毫升。Hb5g,RBC220万,WBC23200,嗜中性粒细胞81％,淋巴细胞17％,单核细胞2％。拟诊;1.宫外孕。2,卵巢破裂?3,失血性贫血。急行剖腹探查

Hb5g, RBC2.2 million, WBC23200, neutrophils 81%, lymphocytes 17%, monocytes 2%. To be diagnosed; 1 ectopic pregnancy. 2, ovarian rupture? 3, hemorrhagic anemia. Urgent exploration laparotomy
