320．为什么广告中不得含有妨碍环境和自然资源保护的内容?答:我国《宪法》规定,国家保护环境和自然资源,防治污染和其他公害。因此广告中不得宣传妨碍环境和自然资源保护的商品,广告中出现对大气、水、土地、矿藏、森林、草原、野生动物、野生植物、水生生物、名胜古迹、风景游览区、温泉、疗养区、自然保护区、生活居住区等环境产生污染或不良影响的语言、文字、形象均属禁止之列。
