收治残胃再发癌26例，其发病率为1．36％（26／1841）。本文对其产生病因、定义、外科处理及防治措施进行探讨，强调外科治疗要早诊早治，残胃再发癌要钱胃全切除合并邻近脏器联合切除及D3淋巴结廓清术，消化道重建方式推荐空肠原位间置代胃术，Roux-y重建消化道新方法。
There were 26 cases of recurrent cancer in the remnant stomach, and the incidence rate was 1.36% (26/1841). This article discusses the etiology, definition, surgical treatment and prevention and treatment measures. It emphasizes that surgical treatment should be treated early and early, recurrent gastric cancer should be reconstructed with total excision of the stomach and adjacent organs, combined with D3 lymph node dissection, and reconstruction of the digestive tract. It is recommended to use jejunum in situ for gastrectomy and Roux-y to reconstruct the digestive tract.
